All purchases made through our website are final. Colors may vary from image on website. We do offer returns for product that is damaged upon arrival.
Simbi Fashion Returns
- Simbi Fashion will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective full-price merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase.
- All merchandise must have hangtags attached.
- Final Sale: Personalized, special order and final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
- Damaged or incorrect merchandise must be reported to Simbi Fashion Online within seven (7) days of receipt.
- Shipping and handling is not refundable.
- Returns are not processed on the same day they are received. Your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address associated with your order when this transaction has been completed. Please note that for credit card refunds, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Simbi Fashion.
How do I return merchandise to Simbi Fashion Online?

Enclose a copy of your invoice with your merchandise and seal securely. Please ensure that your package has both an RMA # and order # printed.
